Local heating and air conditioning contractor has an immediate opening for Office Manager. Because we are a small business, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us meet our company’s goal of 100% cstomer satisfaction that exceeds expectations.  Applicants must have strong organizational and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service by phone
  • Scheduling maintenance calls and dispatching technicians
  • Using a range of office software including MS Office and Quickbooks
  • Reviewing and entering timecards and service invoices
  • Maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Monitoring inventory
